Installation:
-------------
Put the .u and .upk files in your ..\UTGame\CookedPC\ directory and
the .ini file in your ..\UTGame\Config\ directory.
If you have multiple users in Windows, make sure you use the proper My Games directory.

If you use >-nohomedir< put the files in the same place in your Game-Install-Directory.

Description :

It's simply a another InstagibMutator. The UltraInstagibRifle has more Power,
increased Firerate (adjustable in the Configure-Screen), Zoom, Headshotcapatibility (or so..)
and a decent modified Weaponskin (based of my old UT2003-ShockSniperRifle).

I have made this to survive Galtanors-Invasion and Rodney Powers UT3Invasion too.
UT3Invasion doesnt work with Instagib-Mutators (Monsters have no Weapons).
So you must replace any Weapon with UltraInstagibRifle with EPIC's Weaponreplace-Mutator,
to go Monsterhunting.
Galtanors-Invasion now works with any Instagib-Mutator.

Description: This is a small mutator that gives out bonuses for first blood, all the different killingSprees and all the Multi kills.
Bonuses incude damage, movement(speed, agility ect.), health, and Armor.


Features:

FirstBlood: Your weapon damage increases by 45% of it's current amount.

DoubleKill: Your weapon damage increases by 10% of it's current amount.

MultiKill: Your weapon damage and your movement top speed increases by 15% of it's current amount.

MegaKill: Your weapon damage and your movement acceleration increases by 15% of it's current amount.

(so you reach your top speed faster)

UltraKill: Your weapon damage and your agility increases by 20% of it's current amount.

MonsterKill: Your weapon damage and your armor increases by 25% of it's current amount.

KillingSpree: Your movement top speed and your acceleration increases by 15% of it's current amount.

Rampage: Your weapon damage and your agility increases by 15% of it's current amount.

Dominating: Your Full Health capacity which is the maximum amount you can reach using Health vials

(199 in the normat UT3) increases by 50% of it's current amount.

Unstoppable: Your Normal Health capacity which is the maximum amount you can reach using normal

Health pickups (100 in the normal UT3) increases by 50% of it's current amount.

Godlike: Your armor increases by 30% of it's current amount.

Massacre: Your damage, Movement, acceleration and agility increases by 30%.

1. QUICK OVERVIEW.

Utcomp adds much useful game features and customization options into original UT3 gameplay.
Based on sources code of CustomUTv1b.
Short list of UTComp features you can see below:

-Brightskins
-Configurable teammate/enemy models
-Hitsounds
-Custom crosshairs
-Advanced voting system
-Custom player names
-Lots of advanced settings and GUI improvements.

2 COMPATIBILITY:
Tested on Unreal Tournament 3 v1.3+1.2, should work with version 1.1. Not compatible with v1.0.


3. ADVANCED FEATURES OVERVIEW.
3.1 Pause voting:
Pause voting have own vote passed percentage, by default is PauseVotingPercentRequired=49.
It mean, one player in duel or one full team in team gametype can set game pause.
Also available admin console command "Mutate AdminPause" if pause voting blocked by server settings.


3.2 Advanced voting settings:

Check "Enable Advanced Options" checkbox to enable options. Initial values is copy of current game settings.

* Duel/TDM Mod - Check to set standart duel and tdm settings such as force respawn, no redeemer,
, no darkwalker, no invulnerability in TDM, and additionally no doubledamage, no berserk and no invisibility for duel. This options work only in duel and tdm game mode.
Equal bEnableDuelTDmMod=True in config settings. Now Duel/TDM Mod not remove berserk and invis from TDM game.

* 100%TeamDamage - Check to set full team damage. Equal bEnableFullTeamDamage=True in config settings.

* NoSpawnProtection - Check to set no spawn protection. Equal bEnableNoSpawnProtection=True in config settings.

* Armor Stacking - This checkbox permit pickup armor if a player has full load of same type armor.
Equal bEnableArmorStacking=True in config settings.

* WeponStay - If UNCHECKED, turn weapon stay off, if checked, do nothing.
Equal bAllowWeaponStay=True in config settings.

* TimeLimit - no comments.
* MaxPlayers - no comments.
* Max Spectators - currently disabled.
* UnlimitedTransloc - check to add unlimited translocator charge.

This mutator will give the players and bots shields. Shields will be +10 every sec until max. If player is hit. Shield reg stops and will come back after 20 sec of non fighting. Every hit to player makes timer go down 3 secs slowing the reset of shields. All settings can be changed in INI file

This package of configuration files will add node link setups to most of the stock Warfare maps. The node link setups feature two separate paths to the enemy core to give you more options and prevent choking and stalemates.

Your map list will contain extra entries. For instance, under Torlan there will be a Torlan [TwoPaths] entry. No mutator required.

Link setups

The following link setups will be inserted in your maplist:

    * Avalanche [TwoPaths] (see screenie)
    * Downtown [NoOrb]: No orbs!
    * Downtown [TwoPaths]: Standalone primes, one path along the tank node, the other along the center node.
    * Dusk [TwoPaths] (see screenie)
    * Floodgate [NoOrb]: No orbs!
    * Floodgate [SpareNode]: Standalone center node.
    * Floodgate [TwoPaths] (see screenie)
    * Islander [Conquest]: No center node (cores are connected), no Redeemer, no Shaped Charge. (see screenie)
    * Islander [OneOrb]: Only the castle gets an orb.
    * Market District [Corners] (see screenie)
    * Market District [TwoPaths]: One path through the center, another zig-zagging through the corners.
    * Onyx Coast [TwoPaths] (see screenie)
    * Power Surge [TwoPaths] (see screenie)
    * Torlan [Titan]: As Torlan, but without pre-built prime nodes (requested by Titan Onslaught).
    * Torlan [TwoPaths] (see screenie)

Offline installation and use

    * Installation instructions provided in the Readme in the download.
    * Basically, dump the config files into your My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config folder.

Server installation and use

    * Install the configuration files on the server and only on the server. Ditch your local copies or the name won't show up right online in the vote menu.
    * Players connecting to the server don't have do anything and don't have to download anything. They will just see a new version of the map to vote for in the voting menu.
    * Maps will show up a bit weird in the vote menu. You will see Torlan?LinkSetup=TwoPaths instead of Torlan [TwoPaths]. Courtesy of Epic.
