Features
========

- Disables those annoying arrows in CTF, WAR and vCTF
- Disables "animated" Taunts while walking (Taunt/Fire and Taunt/Movement)
- Disables RespawnProtection
- Disables boosting teammates (Instagib only, does not affect other gametypes)
- Adds AdminPause: Login as an Admin, type "mutate pause" to pause the game. To unpause type "mutate unpause" after a countdown the game continues and optional automatic adminlogout
- If somebody joins the server while the game is paused it will continue immediately!
- Switching to spectator mode ("mutate spectate") without reconnecting and vice versa ("mutate join")
- Everything can be switched on/off (True/False) in the UTABTv1_3.ini
- GUI (F5) to setup some settings on the client (Hitsounds, AutoScreenshot, killerweapon and you can set yourself ready while in warmup round)
- Hitsounds (can be disabled client or serverside)
- Endgame AutoScreenshot (configurable: always, passworded servers only, never)
- Warmup round can be ended if all players are ready (use GUI or "mutate ready"/"mutate unready")
- Admin can force the end of the warmup round by typing "mutate adminready"
- In the warmup round players will spawn with all weapons (which are available in the map), full ammo and full health, pickups are disabled
- The killerweapon in the deathmessages, which are shown since patch 1.1, can be removed, e.g. just "You were killed by Donzi!"

Installation for Players
========================

Copy the .u, .upk and .ini file in your My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Published\CookedPC\Script directory.


Installation for Serveradmins
=============================

To start a server with ABT add following to the command line: ?Mutator=ABTv1_3.ABTMutator
To start a server with ABT and ZeroPing InstaGib add following to the command line: ?Mutator=ABTv1_3.ABTMutator,ABTv1_3.ZPInstagib
To start a server with ZeroPing InstaGib but without ABT add following to the command line: ?Mutator=ABTv1_3.ZPInstagib

Following values can be changed in the UTABTv1_3.ini

ZeroPing Instagib
=================

This Mutator will enable Zeroping only to the Instagib rifle and replaces the default Instagib mutator. Don't add UTGame.UTMutator_Instagib to your command line.



This Mutator is NOT compatible with customUT1a!

This mutator enhances the scoreboard by adding PPH and Deaths to it. This mutator also
allows you to tune some aspects of UT3 like hoverboard speed, weapon switching speed,
fire rate of weapons, walking speed, extra starting health, extra high jumping
and max ammo. Everything is fully configurable so you can pick and choose
which settings you want to use.

The following settings are available:
  CfgGameSpeedMultiplier          Total gamespeed (same as Speed Freak mutator).
  CfgWeaponSpeedMultiplier        Fire rate of weapons.
  CfgWeaponSwitchSpeedMultiplier  Weapon switching speed.

battlerpg_v7_menue_ut3A completely operational RPG for UT3! Supports ALL game types.

Excessive is an over-the-top mod that makes all the weapons super-powerful, turns off self-damage,
gives all the players regenerating health and ammo, and makes every game into a wild and crazy
frag-fest! In the fast and furious bloodfest that is Excessive, it's not about staying alive;
it's about taking as many people as possible out with you.

Some minor tweaks
Added zooming function. It's quite hack but work well.

Description:

Update 1.2
Added chasing. Now camera will have more action, while your cahracter is moving around.

Update!
Zoom function added. It's bounded do right mouse button, so I suggest to change you alt fire button, to middle-mouse button or whatever you like.

Make sure you have proper FoV for resolution you are using. I have hardcoded 105 and it's fine for 16:9 and 16:10 screens. If you are suing 4:3 you should change it to something like 90. Or even smaller.

There won't be scaling. I think current offsets of camera should make happy everyone. ;p

That's all for now.

After fancy-shining title of topic, time to calm down

1. Source code for mutator is included. You are free to use it, without any restrictions. In fact, one of golas of this mod is to provide good base for 3rd person camera, to use by other people in their creations. It would be great if, when use this code, and make improvments to it, to share it with commnity to, but this is not required.
2. For now, mod will be releasde now as mutator. Later installation as TC will come. That's because, mod is incomaptibile, with some other mutators, and installing it as TC will make more sense.
3. Mod is compatibile only With UT3 2.0 (aka Titan Pack), which should be release 5th march. And my mod will come to download along with it.
4. Cook for Ps3 is not available , but source code is included. So you can cook it, and publish for PS3.
5. And last but not least, GoW character from screenshot are not included, you can find them on Epic Forums.

Know Issues:
1. Bullets from Stinger, Link Gun, AVRIL, and Rocket Luncher don't spawn properly. You can see this clearly on Stinger
2. Link Gun have problems with, targeting. Bullets don't fly to center of crossiar instead flying around, wiich in big disntaces cloud provide with missing crossair entaierly.
3. Mod cloud be not compatibile, with mods like BattleRPG, some character mods etc. It will work, but some thing cloud behave strange. Like you will not be able to zoom with sniper rifle. This is know and unfixable, until Epic include good working 3rd person cam in UT3 code base, or developers of other mods make it compatibile with mine

Installation:

Extract the zip to "My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\".

Usage:

When starting a game, the mutator will show up in the mutator list as normal. If you wish to configure it, select it in the list of enabled mutators then click on the "configure" button at the bottom of the screen.

  • * Gib Multiplier: The number of gibs will be increased by this factor. Setting very
  • high will slow down your computer. Setting ridiculously high may cause a crash.
  • * Gib Friction: This option is currently disabled.
  • * Gib Restitution: This option is currently disabled.
  • * Gib Speed: Controls how fast gibs fly.
  • * Gib Life: Gibs last this many seconds longer than normal.
  • * Extra Splatters: Enable this to force all weapons to cause blood splatters on hitting (usually only the bullet weapons do this).

The configuration menu limits the values you can set to reasonable quantities. If you want to experiment with more extreme settings, you can edit them in UTMutator_Gibalicious.ini

Note that you may not see all the extra gibs if you have low gore enabled, you have world detail set very low, or you are running below MinSmoothedFrameRate.

All options are client-side, so the settings you choose on your computer will be used for you if you connect to a multiplayer game running this mutator.
